A versatile machine-made Japanese paper with sizing. This affordable paper has the strength of the kozo fiber and and affordability of the wood sulphite fiber. Combined they make a paper well suited to printmaking, drawing, ink jet printing, letterpress printing, monoprints, calligraphy and more. Also available in White.

Kozuke Ivory Kozo Mix Japanese Paper

Kozuke is a machine-made Japanese paper made of a kozo / sulphite blend of fibers for strength (kozo) and affordability (sulphite). This paper is sized and works well for printmaking, calligraphy, monoprints, letterpress printing, drawing, mokuhanga (Japanese woodblock) and runs well through inkjet printers with good detail.

Kozuke is also available in white and in 65g weight.

This paper has a companion paper called Tatami which has a straw inclusion but performs the same as Kozuke
