Shipping in
USA
Most orders in the USA ship for a $5.00 flat rate via USPS.
The exceptions to this are oversize metallic papers, full sheets of Tomoe River Cream, rolls and yardage of Shoji Natural and larger orders of Linen Cardstock. There is a note attached to each of these papers. You may be contacted with a shipping quote when your order is placed.
Where an order can be shipped for less than $5.00, a refund in the overpayment of the shipping charge will be made when the order is processed for shipment. This typically applies to small items which can be shipped via first class mail in an envelope. Full size sheets of paper are rolled and always ship Priority Mail.
Packages are insured for damage in transit. If a package is received damaged, please take a photo of both the box and the damaged paper and email us so we can make a claim. The damaged order will be replaced anda return shipping label sent to you.
Shipping to UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong
We are glad to ship overseas, but our webstie is not set up to process international shipping and we have to manually process the order and shipping.

Here are some general guidllines. We generally ship USPS as the most economical service.
USPS First Class International is the most affordable. We can mail packages up to four pounds via this class, however, there is a 22" limit to the length, so full sheets of rolled paper cannot ship this way. Smaller sheets, half sheets and folded sheets can ship this method. There is no commitment to how long this shipping method takes, and can take many many weeks.
USPS Priority Mail International is insured and trackable. Delivery time is 6 - 10 days. Full sheets of paper are rolled and shipped in a rigid cardboard tube.
USPS Priority Mail Express International is insured and trackable. Delivery time is 3 - 5 days. Full sheets of paper are rolled and shipped in a rigid cardboard tube.
